Blueberry Cobbler
Blueberry Cobbler
  • 5cups organic blueberriesfresh and washed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2Tablespoons blueberry maple syrup
  • 1/4teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1/4teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2cup chopped walnuts
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat 8x8 baking dish with avocado oil.
  2. Wash fresh blueberries and drain well.
  3. In bowl, add lemon juice and blueberries mixing together until blueberries well coated. Pour into 8x8 baking dish.
  4. In separate bowl, mix almond flour, avocado oil, walnuts, cinnamon, salt, and blueberry maple syrup together. Sprinkle over blueberries.
  5. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes until top crumbly and browned.
