Fourth of July Pops
  • 1cup fresh blueberries
  • 1cup fresh strawberries
  • 2.5cups Greek yogurtplain or vanilla
  • 1 - 2Tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  1. Rinse and remove stems from fresh fruits. Cut strawberries in half.
  2. Leave fruit pieces whole or put into a food processor and process until smooth.
  3. Spoon fruit into a bowl. Add yogurt and gently swirl together.
  4. Spoon yogurt and fruit mix into popsicle molds, place top on and push in popsicle sticks.
  5. Freeze at least 4 hours before serving. Freezing overnight is recommended.
