Healthy Deviled Eggs
  • 2eggs largeorganic
  • 2Tablespoons plain greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Djion mustard
  • 1Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • paprikagarnish
  1. Hard boil eggs, cooling in an ice bath when done to make them easier to peel.
  2. Mix greek yogurt, djion mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper together in a small bowl.
  3. When eggs cooled and peeled, cut in half lengthwise and scoop out cooked yolk. Mash the yolks and mix into yogurt/mustard mixture.
  4. Scoop yolk mixture back into eggs and sprinkle paprika on top. Serve and enjoy!
