Power Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1medium bananafresh or frozen
  • 2-3Tablespoons peanut butterfresh ground or no sugar added
  • 1cup almond milkunsweetened
  • 2 1/2Tablespoons favorite protein powder
  • cinnamon, groundto taste (about 1 teaspoon)
  • nutmeg, groundto taste (about 1 teaspoon)
Instructions
  1. Mix together all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
Recipe Notes

Different fruits, nut milks or cow's milk, and nut butters may be substituted where appropriate.

Experiment and enjoy!  Tastes best when chilled.
