- 1medium bananafresh or frozen
- 2-3Tablespoons peanut butterfresh ground or no sugar added
- 1cup almond milkunsweetened
- 2 1/2Tablespoons favorite protein powder
- cinnamon, groundto taste (about 1 teaspoon)
- nutmeg, groundto taste (about 1 teaspoon)
Different fruits, nut milks or cow's milk, and nut butters may be substituted where appropriate.
